International Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller via email or phone within 14 days of receipt.
- It is not necessary to return the product before the withdrawal period expires.
Return Conditions
- In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
- The buyer must provide the seller with the tracking number of the returned shipment.
- The buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other expenses incurred during the return process.
- The product price will be refunded to the buyer after the returned product is received by the seller and the return conditions are verified.
- If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations (if any) cannot be refunded.
Return Process
- The buyer must inform the seller of the return request via email or phone.
- The seller will provide the buyer with information about the return process after receiving the return request.
- The buyer must securely package the product and send it to the address specified by the seller.
- After the product reaches the seller, the return conditions will be checked, and if deemed appropriate, the product price will be refunded to the buyer.
Defective Products
- If the product you wish to return is defective, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
- Please contact us for defective product returns.
Products Invoiced to a Company
- If the product is invoiced to a company, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company.
Damaged Products During Shipping
- For products damaged during shipping and delivered to you with defects, please contact us to request a replacement.

- This return policy is only valid for purchases made from outside the country.
